A condom has an erectogenic compound immobilised on the interior surface and substantially at the head end thereof. The compound may be applied as a component of a composition comprising the erectogenic compound dispersed or dissolved in a gel carrier comprising a liquid medium including a thickening agent. The condom may include a lubricant which may be immiscible with the erectogenic compound or composition. Use of the condom sustains e penile erection following spontaneous initiation thereof, to prevent slippage of the condom off the penis while intercourse takes place.
La présente invention concerne un préservatif comportant un composé érectogène immobilisée sur la surface intérieure et sensiblement au niveau de la tête de ladite surface. Le composé peut être appliqué en tant que constituant d'une composition comportant le composé érectogène dispersé ou dissous dans un excipient sous forme de gel comprenant un milieu liquide incluant un agent épaississant. Le préservatif peut comprendre une lubrifiant qui peuvent être immiscible avec le composé ou la composition. L'utilisation du préservatif maintient l'érection du pénis suite à un début spontané de celle-ci, pour assurer que le préservatif soit retenu sur le pénis durant les rapports sexuels.
