The present invention is concerned with compounds of formula (I), the N-oxide forms, the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein =a1-a2=a3-a4= is a bivalent radical of formula (a): =N-CH=CH-CH=, (b): =CH-NCH-CH=, (c): =CH-CH=N-CH=, (d): =CH-CH=CH-N=, wherein one or two hydrogen atoms can be substituted by halo hydroxy, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkyloxy; R1 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; Alk1 is C1-5 alkanediyl; Alk2 is C2-15 alkanediyl; Q is a five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least one nitrogen atom or a radical of formula -C(NR5R6)=C-R4 wherein R4 is hydrogen, cyano aminocarbonyl or C1-6 alkyl; R5 is hydrogen C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 alkenyl or C3-6 alkynyl; R6 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; or R5 and R6 taken together may form a bivalent radical of formula - (CH2)4- or -(CH2)5-. Pharmaceutical compositions, preparations and use as a medicine are described.

L'invention porte sur des composés de formule (I), sur leurs formes N-oxyde, sur leurs sels acides d'addition pharmacocompatibles et leurs formes stéréochimiquement isomériques. Dans ladite formule, =a1-a2=a3-a4= est un radical bivalent de formule (a) =N-CH=CH-CH= (b), =CH-N=CH-CH= (c), =CH-CH=N=CH (d), =CH-CH=CH-N-, dans laquelle un ou deux atomes d'hydrogène peuvent être substitués par halo, hydroxy, C1-6 alkyle ou C1-6 alkyloxy; R<1> est hydrogène ou C1-6 alkyle; R<2> est hydrogène ou C1-6 alkyle; R<3> est hydrogène ou C1-6 alkyle; Alk<1> est C1-5 alcanediyle; Alk<2> est C2-15 alcanediyle; Q est un anneau hétérocyclique à 5 ou 6 éléments contenant au moins un atome d'azote ou un radical de formule -C(NR5R6)=C-R4 dans laquelle R<4> est hydrogène, cyano, aminocarbonyle ou C1-6 alkyle; R<5> est hydrogène, C1-6 alkyle, C3-6 alcényle ou C3-6 alcynyle, R<6> est hydrogène ou C1-6 alkyle; et R<5> et R<6> pris ensemble peuvent former un radical bivalent de formule -(CH2)4- ou -(CH2)5-.
