The present invention is an optical tele-scope sight that combines a dot sight mode and a scope mode, comprising a dot sight body furnished with a light source and a reflecting mirror and operated in the dot sight mode, wherein a dot sight region displays as a dot, light scanned onto an external target from the light source; and a scope structure equipped with an object lens and an ocu-lar lens so that the external target can be magnified for viewing and installed in a rotating fashion inside the dot sight body; wherein the scope mode is selected if the scope structure is rotated and inserted onto the dot sight region. By this means, an optical telescope sight that com-bines the dot sight mode and scope mode is provided that is furnished with a scope structure installed inside a dot sight apparatus so that the structure can be withdrawn, has both a dot sight mode and a scope mode to enable aiming at an external target through rapid mode switching, and does not require a separate scope apparatus.
