A spring loaded antenna mounting system for the directional antennae (64) of a point-to-multipoint millimeter wave communication system and methods of supporting such antennae (64) for selectively directing the beam thereof. The adjustment of the antenna (64) in two orthognonal directions is disclosed as is a quick connect/disconnect latch (90) for attaching the individual antenna element (64) to the antenna mount (61).
