The current invention refers to the procedure to obtain compositions rich in omega 3 fatty acids with content in phytanic acid below 90 µg per gram of oil. The current invention also refers to the obtaining of compositions rich in DHA with a content in phytanic acid below 90 µg per gram of oil, more specifically between 650-950 mg/g, that is, between 65% and 95% of DHA in weight and values of Ph A below 90µg, preferably below 5µg per gram of the oil forming the composition. The compositions obtained are used in the field of food supplements, nutritional products and pharmaceutical products due to their prophylactic action and therapeutic effect.
La présente invention porte sur le mode opératoire pour obtenir des compositions riches en acide gras oméga-3 avec une teneur en acide phytanique inférieure à 90 µg par gramme d'huile. La présente invention porte également sur l'obtention de compositions riches en DHA avec une teneur en acide phytanique inférieure à 90 µg par gramme d'huile, plus précisément entre 650 et 950 mg/g, c'est-à-dire entre 65% et 95% de DHA en poids et des valeurs de PhA inférieures à 90 µg, de préférence inférieure à 5 µg par gramme de l'huile formant la composition. Les compositions obtenues sont utiles dans le domaine des suppléments alimentaires, des produits nutritionnels et des produits pharmaceutiques en raison de leur action prophylactique et de leur effet thérapeutique.
