A composition of potassium derived from organic source, preparation, method and amount of administration for treatment of autoimmune disorders and supplementation in the form of general preparation. A food source which is high in a natural or organic potassium content is first dehydrated to remove water to a substantial degree, i.e. freeze dried; the so dehydrated food source is then reduced to small particles and the carbohydrate content thereof is extracted there from by a solvent in which carbohydrates are more soluble but proteins and organic potassium compounds are not, such as aqueous ethanol; the residue that remains after carbohydrate extraction is dried of solvent and used in pharmaceuticals, food supplements, food products and cosmetics to supplement the body's intake of potassium without possible side effects.
L'invention concerne une composition de potassium de source organique, une préparation, une méthode d'administration et une quantité à administrer pour traiter des troubles auto-immunes, ainsi qu'une supplémentation sous forme de préparation. Une source alimentaire à haute teneur en potassium organique ou naturel est d'abord déshydratée pour en extraire l'eau à un degré substantiel, par exemple par lyophilisation. La source alimentaire ainsi déshydratée est alors réduite en petites particules et la teneur en hydrate de carbone de celles-ci est extrait par un solvant dans lequel les hydrates de carbone sont plus solubles, alors que les protéines et les composés de potassium organique ne le sont pas, par exemple l'éthanol aqueux. Les restes subsistant après extraction des hydrates de carbone sont séchés par solvant et utilisés dans des produits pharmaceutiques, des compléments alimentaires, des produits alimentaires et cosmétiques pour augmenter l'absorption en potassium sans effets secondaires éventuels.
