The present invention provides an antagonist for endothelin which is considered to have a relationship to hypertension, Buerger disease, asthma, eyegrounds diseases, and the like. The endothelin antagonist contains 15-keto-prostaglandin E compounds, especially 13, 14-dihydro-15-keto-16-mono or dihalo-prostaglandins.
