A method of injection compression molding, comprising bringing metal mold (11,12) into a clamped state under a low pressure; while moving cavity space (13) to gate (30), injection-charging molten thermoplastic resin composition (16) into the cavity space (13) from the gate; and substantially simultaneously with the completion of the charging, not only bringing the metal mold (11,12) into a clamped state under a high pressure but also attaining compression shaping of the thermoplastic resin composition (16) having been charged in the cavity space (13). As injection compression molding of a thermoplastic resin composition containing any of heat conductive fillers including an electrically conductive filler, etc. in high proportion can be effected, this method can be used in the production of molded items, for example, a separator for fuel cell, a planar antenna, etc.
L~invention concerne un procédé de moulage de compression par injection, consistant à serrer un moule de métal (11,12) sous une faible pression; tout en déplaçant l~espace de cavité (13) vers la porte (30), la composition de résine thermoplastique fondue (16) dans l~espace de cavité à charger par injection (13) depuis la porte ; et pratiquement en même temps que le terme du chargement, non seulement à serrer le moule de métal (11,12) à une pression élevée, mais aussi à conformer par compression la composition de résine thermoplastique (16) après chargement dans l~espace de cavité (13). Comme on peut réaliser le moulage de compression par injection d~une composition de résine thermoplastique contenant n~importe quelle matière de remplissage thermiquement conductrice englobant une matière de remplissage électriquement conductrice, etc. dans une proportion élevée, on peut utiliser ce procédé dans la fabrication d~articles moulés, par exemple, un séparateur pour pile à combustible, une antenne plane, etc.
