The retaining nut includes a handle portion (52) comprising a cavity (62) defined therein, the cavity sized to receive at least a portion of a fastener therein, an attachment portion (64) comprising a threaded bore (66) defined therein, the attachment portion sized to threadably receive the fastener therein, the threaded bore is substantially axially-aligned with the cavity; and a sealing skirt (72) extending outward from the attachment portion and comprising a flexible sealing surface.
