The invention concerns the field of integrated systems, which comprise a test element and a lancet for drawing a sample, preferably blood, whereby said lancet can be used to make a wound in the skin opening. The blood flowing out is then directly drawn by the test element in the system, and the sample comes into contact with a reagent contained in the test element, and an optically detectable change is effected in the test field. The change in the test field is detected by means of an analysis unit, which is optically contacted to the test field via at least one light-guiding element.

L'invention a trait au domaine des systèmes intégrés qui servent à prélever un échantillon, de préférence du sang, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'essai, et qui comprennent une lancette qui sert tout d'abord à former une plaie dans une ouverture de la peau. Le sang qui sort est ensuite directement pris en charge par l'élément d'essai dans le système, l'échantillon venant en contact avec un réactif contenu dans l'élément d'essai, et provoquant une modification détectable d'un point de vue optique dans le champ d'essai. La modification dans le champ d'essai est détectée au moyen d'une unité d'analyse qui est mise en contact optique avec le champ d'essai par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément guide d'onde optique.
