A moulding having a longitudinal axis and comprising a core with an outer surface. A channel formed in the outer surface to extend along the longitudinal axis. A flexible reinforcing material overlying at least a portion of the surface and across the channel and a coating extending through the material to the outer surface to provide an exterior surface conforming to the profile. the coating filling the channel to provide a body of coating of increased thickness along the moulding.
