ABSTRACT Provided herein is a two-layer sheet of thermoplastic elastomer comprising a skin layer [I] composed of a partially crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer containing 90-40 parts by weight of an .alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber (A) and 10-60 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin, with the proviso that the total sum amount of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight, and a back surface layer [II] composed of a non-crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer containing 80-30 parts by weight of an .alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber (A) and 20- 70 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin (B), with the proviso that the sum total amount of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight. The two-layer sheets of thermoplastic elastomer thus obtained in accordance with the present invention have such an effect that they are capable of providing molded bodies excellent in vacuum forming properties and also low in surface glossiness.
