ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method for making urn storage compartment including steps of (1) preparing channel forms; (2) arranging the channel forms above a base and tying them up, then inserting vertical granite strips in between each two adjacent channel forms and then inserting vertical stop bars to support the vertical granite strips;(3) covering a smooth top panel over each channel form on the top and attaching a transverse granite strip to each top panel at the front;(4) inserting reinforcing bars in spaces among the channel forms and fill the gaps with concrete; and (5) removing the channel forms, the stop bars and the top panels after the concrete was hardened so that a plurality of storage chambers are formed in a concrete structure for keeping urns.
