Dermatological and/or cosmetic compositions allowing the appearance of the symptoms of hypersensitivity and cutaneous intolerance to be avoided, comprise an effective combination of microbial proliferation inhibitors containing (a) a first microbial proliferation inhibitor which comprises an aqueous mixture of sodium polyacrylate, at least one polyol and at least one glycol compound of formula (1): R1-O-O(R2-O)n R3 in which R1 and R3 are independently H or a straight or branched C1-C5 alkyl group; R2 is a straight or branched C1-C5 aklylene group and n is between 1 and 400,000, and (b) a second microbial proliferation inhibitor which comprises at least one monoalkyl glycerine ether or an ester thereof of formula (II): R4OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR5 which R4 is a straight or branched chain alkyl group containing 6 to 24 carbon atoms and R5 is H or a straight or branched alkanoyl group containing 8 to 24 carbon atoms. The invention relates to the local or topical application of this composition as well as its use as a medicament, in particular for the treatment of the symptoms of hypersensitivity and cutaneous intolerance, psoriasis, atopy, acne and cutaneous ageing or for the prevention of the symptoms of benign estival light eruption.
Composition dermatologique et/ou cosmétique permettant d'éviter l'apparition des symptômes de l'hypersensibilité et de l'intolérance cutanée et comprenant une combinaison efficace d'inhibiteurs de prolifération microbienne contenant (a) un premier inhibiteur de prolifération microbienne comprenant un mélange aqueux de polyacrylate de sodium, d'au moins un polyol et d'au moins un composé de glycol représenté par la formule (1) R1-O-(R2-O)nR31 dans laquelle R1 et R3 représentent indépendamment H ou un groupe alkyle C1-C5 linéaire ou ramifié; R2 représente un groupe alkylène C1-C5 linéaire ou ramifié et n est situé entre 1 et 400.000, et (b) un deuxième inhibiteur de prolifération microbienne comprenant au moins un éther de monoalkylglycérine ou un de ses esters représenté par la formule (II) R4OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR5 II dans laquelle R4 représente un groupe alkyle linéaire ou ramifié contenant 6 à 24 atomes de carbone et R5 représente H ou un groupe alkanoyle linéaire ou ramifié contenant 8 à 24 atomes de carbone. L'invention concerne l'application locale ou topique de cette composition, ainsi que son utilisation en tant que médicament afin de traiter, en particulier, les symptômes de l'hypersensibilité et de l'intolérance cutanée, le psoriasis, l'atopie, l'acné et le vieillissement cutané ou de prévenir les symptômes de l'éruption bénigne à la lumière estivale.
