A system and method are disclosed for providing real time approval of credit over a network. The method includes obtaining applicant data from an applicant (104). The applicant data is analyzed into a form suitable for directly obtaining a credit report from a credit bureau for the applicant (106). A credit report having credit report data is obtained from a credit bureau for the applicant. It is then determined whether to accept the applicant using the credit report data (110) and it is communicated to the applicant whether the applicant has been approved (112).
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé destinés à fournir une approbation de crédit en temps réel, par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau. Le procédé de cette invention consiste tout d'abord à demander à un emprunteur potentiel (104) des données le concernant, puis à analyser ces données sous une forme permettant d'obtenir directement un rapport de solvabilité d'une agence d'évaluation du crédit, ce rapport contenant les données de solvabilité dudit emprunteur potentiel. Ce procédé consiste enfin à déterminer en fonction des données de ce rapport de solvabilité (110) si l'emprunteur potentiel doit être accepté ou non, puis à informer cet emprunteur potentiel du rejet ou de l'approbation (112) de sa candidature.
