A pressure reduction type drying machine and a method of drying wood using the drying machine capable of uniformly drying a dried material in a short time, preventing the dried material from being damaged, and reducing a power consumption by repeatedly performing pressure reduction and heating/humidifying during drying and imparting vibration to the dried material in pressure reduction. In the drying machine, at least a ceiling part and side wall parts are formed in an outwardly swelled generally circular arc shape, and reinforcement ribs are disposed between outside walls and inside walls at a ceiling part, side wall parts, and a floor part along the outer periphery of the inside walls parallel with and/or perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a drying compartment. The pressure reduction type drying machine thus provided can provide excellent reliability, productivity, and energy saving property, and particularly when the wood is dried, does not almost cause defects such as warpage, internal cracking, crazing, shrinkage, bending, and surface cracking, can develop luster on the surface of the wood and has no discoloration and still has slight odor after drying, can provide high commodity value since a humidity in a building can be permanently controlled according to an environment after the construction, and can effectively use moisture contained in the dried material such as the wood as a byproduct by extracting it without waste.
L'invention porte sur une machine à sécher de type à réduction de pression et sur un procédé de séchage de bois utilisant la machine à sécher capable de sécher de manière uniforme un matériau séché en un court laps de temps, de protéger le matériau séché de toute détérioration, et de réduire la consommation d'énergie en réalisant de façon répétée une réduction de pression et en chauffant/humidifiant pendant le séchage et en imprimant des vibrations au matériau séché pendant la réduction de pression. Dans la machine à sécher, au moins une partie supérieure et des parties de cloison latérale sont formées généralement en arc de cercle gonflé vers l'extérieur, et des nervures de renfort sont disposées entre les cloisons externes et les cloisons internes au niveau d'une partie supérieure, de parties de cloison latérale et d'une partie inférieure le long de la périphérie externe des cloisons internes parallèles et/ou perpendiculaires au sens longitudinal d'un compartiment de séchage. La machine à sécher de type à réduction de pression ainsi proposée peut assurer d'excellentes propriétés de fiabilité, de productivité et d'économie d'énergie, et en particulier, lorsque le bois est séché, ne provoque pratiquement pas de défauts comme un gauchissement, un fissurage interne, un fendillement, un rétrécissement, une torsion et une fissuration superficielle, peut donner de l'éclat à la surface du bois et ne subit pas de décoloration, et conserve une légère odeur après séchage, ce qui lui confère par conséquent une grande valeur marchande dans la mesure où l'on peut contrôler de façon permanente l'apparition d'humidité dans un immeuble en fonction de l'environnement après la construction, tout en utilisant de manière efficace l'humidité contenue dans le matériau séché comme le bois comme produit dérivé en l'extrayant sans produire de déchets.
