Examples of thermoplastic sandwich products include: a flat plate, a slightly curved product, a folded product, etc. The production of a recess in the surface of the thermoplastic sandwich product, with the plastic insert unit being welded into the recess.
L'invention concerne un procédé de mise en place d'une unité d'insertion thermoplastique (2) dans un produit sandwich thermoplastique (1) présentant au moins une section plane ou sensiblement plane, par application d'énergie ultrasonique (6, 8). Le produit sandwich thermoplastique (1) comprend au moins une couche (7) de recouvrement thermoplastique renforcée par des fibres et un noyau thermoplastique (8) pas complètement solide.
