An object of the present invention is to offer an inhibitor for onset of AIDS having little side effects and being capable of administering for long term and, to be more specific, to offer a drug such as an inhibitor for binding of Nef protein and an inhibitor for expression of Nef receptor. The effective component of Nef Action inhibitor of the present invention is an extract from inflammatory tissue inoculated with vaccinia virus. An extract from inflammatory tissue inoculated with vaccinia virus is highly useful as a new drug based upon a novel action mechanism of inhibition of onset of AIDS in which Nef participates. Further, it is expected that the drug exhibits far higher therapeutic effect when jointly used with virus growth inhibitors such as reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors.
La présente invention a pour objet d'offrir un inhibiteur de la survenue du sida ayant peu d'effets secondaires et pouvant être administré pendant une période prolongée et, pour être plus précis, capable d'offrir un médicament comme un inhibiteur pour se fixer à la protéine Nef et un inhibiteur de l'expression du récepteur Nef. Le composant efficace de l'inhibiteur de l'action du Nef dans la présente invention est in extrait de tissus inflammatoires inoculé avec le virus de la vaccine. Un extrait de tissus inflammatoires inoculés avec le virus de la vaccine est très utile comme nouveau médicament fondé sur un nouveau mécanisme d'action pour l'inhibition de la survenue du sida dans lequel intervient la prétéine Nef. De plus, il est prévu que le médicament exerce un effet thérapeutique largement amplifié lorsqu'il est utilisé en association avec des inhibiteurs de la croissance virale comme les inhibiteurs de la transcriptase inverse et les inhibiteurs de protéase.
