A raised flooring system and methods of forming components of such a system are disclosed. Thin sheet metal is used, typically galvanized steel, to form a first strip (30) having numerous pedestals (10) formed in a spaced apart relation on the strip (30) and connected via wings (40) extending from a second strip (30), thereby forming an overall, grid-like pattern of pedestals (10). The pedestals (10) are used to maintain floor panels (60) above a network of channels in which conduit, cables, hoses, pipe and other materials can be routed.
La présente invention concerne un système de faux plancher et les procédés de réalisation des pièces d'un tel dispositif. Des tôles minces, typiquement en acier galvanisé, sont utilisées pour former un premier tasseau (30) présentant de nombreux socles (10) disposés de part en part sur sa longueur (30) et reliés entre eux par des traverses (40) partant d'un second tasseau (30), l'ensemble constituant ainsi un réseau de socles (10). Ces socles (10) servent à soutenir les dalles (60) de faux plancher au dessus d'un réseau de rigoles permettant de faire passer des conduits, des câbles, des flexibles, des tuyaux et d'autres matériaux.
