Improved protection of plants and their crops is achieved by growing the plant under a construction having a roof with at least a substantial portion being made of a net of a mesh size allowing adequate ventilation. The net is made of a transparent or translucent polymeric material having incorporated therein a UV-light absorber.

On obtient une meilleure protection des plantes et de leur culture en faisant croître une plante sous une construction comportant un toit dont une partie importante au moins est constituée par un filet ayant une dimension de maille propre à permettre une ventilation adéquate. Ce filet est composé d'un matériau polymère transparent ou translucide dans lequel est incorporé un agent absorbant la lumière ultraviolette.
