The invention relates to a method and a device for producing parts (1) having a sealing layer (2) on the surface, and corresponding parts. Said method and device are improved in that the sealing layer (2) is applied to the surface in the form of a water-free and solvent-free reactive hot melt layer based on polyurethane and hardened by atmospheric humidity, and the inventive device comprises an application station (6), a transport device (5) and a smoothing station (8).
La présente invention a pour objet d'apporter des améliorations à un procédé et à un dispositif permettant la réalisation de pièces (1) présentant à leur surface une couche d'étanchéification (2), ainsi qu'aux pièces correspondantes. A cet effet, la couche d'étanchéification (2) est appliquée sur la surface, sous la forme d'une couche de masse en fusion réactive à base de polyuréthane qui est dépourvue d'eau et de solvants et qui durcit au contact de l'humidité de l'air, et le dispositif comprend une station d'application (6), un système de transport (5) et une station de lissage (8).
