At Fork Lift Hopper adapted to be carried on a fork lift is disclosed. The Fork Lift comprises: a frame adapted to be lifted on the fork lift, a hopper housing carried on the frame, a feed screw extending within and across the bottom of the hopper housing; and, a hydraulic drive for the feed screw. The hydraulic drive includes a motor mounted on the hopper housing and directly coupled to the feed screw. The motor is removably connected to a hydraulic pump on the fork lift which has a lever valve mounted thereon to control the speed of the feed screw. The feed screw may be coated with a plastic/rubber membrane to improve its durability. The Fork Lift Hopper has dramatically reduced labor required to transport and pour mixed cement or other materials in tight and elevated places.
