The present invention relates to a polymorphic form B of A/-[3-tert-butyl-l-(3- chloro-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1H- pyrazol-5-yl]-N-{2-[(3-{2-[(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfanyl] phenyl}[1,2.4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-6-yl)sulfanyl]benzyl}urea (I) as defined herein. This polymorph is useful in the treatment of various conditions, particularly in the treatment of inflammatory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
