A method of effectively and easily controlling the water base-process type lubricating and processing fluid for cold forging, containing at least one or more types of water-soluble inorganic salt, used for cold forging without forming a chemical conversion coating on a metal surface, comprising the steps of measuring the electric conductivity of the lubricating and processing fluid, and feeding lubricant or water to adjust the electric conductivity to a desirable value before operation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage efficace et simple du fluide de lubrification et de traitement à base d'eau utilisé dans le forgeage à froid. Ce fluide contient au moins un ou plusieurs types de sels inorganiques insolubles dans l'eau, et est utilisé dans le forgeage à froid sans former de revêtement de conversion sur une surface métallique. Ledit procédé consiste à mesurer la conductivité électrique du fluide de lubrification et de traitement, et à injecter un lubrifiant ou de l'eau pour ajuster la conductivité électrique jusqu'à une valeur désirée avant l'utilisation.
