It comprises A) a hollow cylinder (1) with a longitudinal axis (2) and being suitable for receiving a not yet hardened bone cement (20) and further comprising a front end (3) apt for insertion in a bone (30), a rear end (4) and a shell (5) with at least one perforation (6); as well as B) a bone implant (10) being insertable in the hollow cylinder (1) from the rear end (4).
