The present invention is directed to degassing devices for dialysate circuits. One embodiment has a first housing and a second housing positioned within the first housing in an annular relationship. A second embodiment comprises a dialysate regeneration system with urease, a dialyzer, and a housing with an external wall, where the external wall is exposed to atmosphere and comprises a material that passes gas but does not pass liquid and where the housing is positioned between the urease and dialyzer.

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de dégazage pour des circuits de dialysat. Un mode de réalisation comporte un premier logement et un second logement positionné dans le premier logement dans une relation annulaire. Un second mode de réalisation comprend un système de régénération de dialysat avec de l'uréase, un dialyseur, et un logement avec une paroi externe, où la paroi externe est exposée à l'atmosphère et comprend une matière qui fait passer les gaz, mais ne fait pas passer le liquide et où le logement est positionné entre l'uréase et le dialyseur.
