The present invention relates to proteins belonging to the Bcl-2 family and peptides fragments thereof for use in pharmaceutical compositions. The disclosed proteins and peptide fragments are in particularly useful in vaccine compositions for treatment of cancer. The invention furthermore relates to methods of treatment using said compositions. It is also an aspect of the invention to provide T-cells and T-cell receptors specifically recognising the disclosed proteins and peptide fragments.
L'invention concerne des protéines appartenant à la famille Bcl-2, des fragments peptidiques de ces protéines, et l'utilisation de ces protéines et fragments dans des compositions pharmaceutiques. Les protéines et fragments selon l'invention sont particulièrement utiles dans des compositions de vaccins destinées au traitement du cancer. L'invention concerne également des méthodes thérapeutiques mettant en oeuvre lesdites compositions. Dans un aspect, l'invention concerne des lymphocytes T et des récepteurs des lymphocytes T reconnaissant spécifiquement ces protéines et fragments peptidiques.
