The present invention relates to laundry detergent compositions comprising a retrograded starch degrading enzyme characterised by a Retrograded Starch Index (ReSI) below 4%, preferably below 3%. Such compositions provide excellent removal of starch-containing stains and soils, and therefore excellent whiteness maintenance and dingy cleaning.

La présente invention concerne des compositions de détergent à lessive renfermant une enzyme dégradant l'amidon dit rétrogradé, ces compositions étant caractérisées par leur indice d'amidon dit rétrogradé (ReSI) inférieur à 4 %, et de préférence à 3 %. Ces compositions éliminent efficacement les tâches et souillures contenant de l'amidon et favorisent la persistance de la blancheur, tout en luttant contre le ternissement.
