There is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition comprising gabapentin or an analogue thereof (pregabalin) and an .alpha.-aminoamide and its analgesic use. A synergistic effect of the respective analgesic activities without concomitant increase of side effects was observed.
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de la gabapentine ou un analogue de celle-ci (prégabaline ou tiagabine) et un .alpha.-aminoamide, et l'utilisation analgésique de ladite composition. On observe un effet coopératif des activités analgésiques respectives sans augmentation concomitante des effets secondaires.
