The present invention provides a method for stabilizing irregular structures such as rock structures in mines and in construction sites as well as other rock and concrete structures. The method comprises concurrently heating and mixing a mixture of polyoxypropylene diamine with an aromatic diamine liquid, mechanically purging the mixture under pressure and applying the purged mixture to a desired irregular structure. The invention also provides a weather resistant and anti-corrosive polyurea coating material as a fibrous mesh, liquid film, geotextile mat and foam for stabilizing rock, concrete and molding tool structures.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation de structures irrégulières, telles que des structures rocheuses dans des mines et dans des sites de construction, ainsi que d'autres structures rocheuses et en béton. Ce procédé consiste à chauffer et à mélanger simultanément un mélange de polyoxypropylène diamine avec un liquide à base de diamine aromatique, à purger mécaniquement le mélange sous pression et à appliquer le mélange purgé sur une structure irrégulière désirée. Cette invention concerne également un matériau de revêtement résistant aux intempéries et à la corrosion à base de polyurée sous forme de maille fibreuse, de film liquide, de mat géotextile et de mousse, pour stabiliser des structures rocheuses, de béton et de moulures.
