This application concerns a thermoplastic container for liquid-to-pasty products; the container comprises at least one longitudinal strip (108) of a different colour or appearance than the rest of the container, or of both a different colour and appearance than the rest of the container, and delimited by two lateral edges. The lateral edges of the longitudinal strip(s) are located roughly inside longitudinal grooves so as to conceal the variations in the width of the strip.
