A shooting head for a core shooter for shooting foundry cores or moulds has an opening at the inlet side to which a filling device or a damping head for sealingly applying compressed air may be selectively connected. The filling device has an outlet element that dips into the shooting head and pridefulness the filling level. At the outlet side, the shooting head has a shooting plate with shooting nozzles. In order to automatically produce core packs when the difference in weight between the individual cores is extreme, a core sand guiding system extends inside the shooting head substantially from the lower edge of the outlet element submerged to its deepest level in the shooting head or from the filling level defined by the outlet means up to the shooting nozzles.

L'invention concerne une tête de soufflage de machine à tirer les noyaux pour tirer des noyaux ou des moules de fonderie, qui comporte, côté entrée, une ouverture (1) permettant de raccorder soit un dispositif de remplissage dont un élément de sortie s'enfonce dans la tête de soufflage et prédéfinit le niveau de remplissage (5), soit une tête de serrage permettant d'appliquer de l'air comprimé en vue de l'étanchéité, et, côté sortie, un plateau de soufflage (4) pourvu d'ajutages de soufflage (3). En vue de la production automatique de paquets de noyaux, lorsqu'il y a des différences de poids extrêmes entre les noyaux individuels, cette tête de soufflage comporte, à l'intérieur, un système de guidage du sable de noyautage s'étendant sensiblement du bord inférieur de l'élément de sortie qui s'enfonce de manière maximale dans ladite tête de soufflage ou bien du niveau de remplissage (5) défini par l'élément de sortie, jusqu'aux ajutages de soufflage (3).
