Disclosed is a controlled release solid preparation which is excellent in stability of an active ingredient, can exert a pharmacological effect steadily and rapidly after administration and can retain the pharmacological effect for a prolonged period of time. The controlled release solid preparation comprises a combination of a rapid release part and a controlled release part, wherein the rapid release part comprises an antacid (1), a compound unstable under acidic conditions (2) and a basic substance and the controlled release part comprises a coating film comprising a compound unstable under acidic conditions (3) and a basic substance and capable of being dissolved at a pH value equal to or higher than 6.5.

L'invention concerne une préparation solide à libération contrôlée contenant un principe actif présentant une excellente stabilité. Cette préparation peut présenter un effet pharmacologique continu et rapide, après son administration, et peut maintenir cet effet pharmacologique pendant une période prolongée. La préparation solide à libération contrôlée de l'invention comprend une combinaison constituée d'une partie à libération rapide et d'une partie à libération contrôlée. La partie à libération rapide comprend un antiacide (1), un composé instable dans des conditions acides (2) et une substance basique. La partie à libération contrôlée comprend un film d'enrobage comprenant un composé instable dans des conditions acides (3) et une substance basique pouvant se dissoudre à une valeur de pH supérieure ou égale à 6,5.
