Disclosed are a method for controlling flavonoid synthesis in a chrysanthemum plant or non-chrysanthemum plant by genetic recombination technology using a transcriptional regulatory region useful for altering flower color, a method for modifying anthocyanins, a method for producing a chrysanthemum plant or non-chrysanthemum plant containing modified anthocyanins in the petals thereof, and a chrysanthemum plant or non-chrysanthemum plant, progeny thereof, or vegetatively propagated products, part or tissue thereof transformed with the regulatory region. In the method according to the present invention, an expression vector or expression cassette containing a transcriptional regulatory region of perilla anthocyanin 3-acyltransferase gene, such as a nucleic acid containing the nucleotide sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO. 1, or a transcriptional regulatory region of pansy F3'5'H gene, such as the nucleotide sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO. 15, is used.
Cette invention concerne : un procédé pour réguler un système de synthèse de flavonoïdes chez une plante du genre chrysanthème ou non-chrysanthème au moyen d'une technique de génie génétique utilisant une région de régulation de la transcription qui est utile pour modifier les couleurs des fleurs ; un procédé pour modifier l'anthocyane ; un procédé pour produire une plante du genre chrysanthème ou non-chrysanthème ayant des pétales contenant une anthocyane modifiée ; et une plante du type chrysanthème ou non-chrysanthème dans laquelle ladite région de régulation a été introduite, une descendance ou un produit de prolifération végétatif de la plante, ou une partie ou un tissu de la plante, de la descendance ou du produit de prolifération végétatif. Dans ces procédés, un vecteur d'expression ou une cassette portant un acide nucléique comprenant une région de régulation de la transcription pour un gène 3-acyltransférase d'anthocyane Perilla (par exemple, un acide nucléique comprenant la séquence de nucléotides illustrée dans SEQ ID No.: 1) ou une région de régulation de la transcription pour un gène F3'5'H de pensée (par exemple, un acide nucléique comprenant la séquence de nucléotides illustrée dans SEQ ID No.: 15) est utilisé.
