The compound of the following formula: (see above formula) wherein R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; A represents a group selected from the group consisting of 1- azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonyl group, 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octyl group, or an N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof has both improving effect on enterokinetic functions and suppressing effect on acid secretion, and also is highly safe. Accordingly, the substance is useful as preventive or therapeutic medicament for a gastroesophageal reflux disease.
L'invention se rapporte à des composés représentés par la formule générale suivante, à des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces composés, ou à des hydrates de ces composés ou de leurs sels, qui présentent tous deux une activité d'accroissement de l'entérocinésie ainsi qu'un degré de sécurité excellent, ce qui en fait d'excellents agents préventifs ou thérapeutiques de la régurgitation gastrique ou oesophagienne. Dans la formule (I), R<1> et R<2> sont chacun indépendamment hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur; et A est un substituant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par le 1-azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonyle, le 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octyle et des N-oxydes de ces deux composés.
