Calcineurin activators containing the following protein (a) or (b) as the active ingredient and having an effect of elevating intracellular calcium ion concentration due to flow of calcium ion into eucaryotic cells. (a) A killer protein KLKP produced by a killer yeast Kluyveromyces lactis which has three subunits respectively comprising the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:2 to 4. (b) A protein having three subunits as in the above protein (a), wherein at least one of the subunits has an amino acid sequence suffers from deletion, substitution or addition of one or several amino acids, and having the activity of the Kluyveromyces lactis killer protein (KLKP).
L'invention concerne des activateurs de calcineurine contenant la protéine (a) ou (b) en tant que principe actif et augmentant la concentration intracellulaire d'ions de calcium résultant de l'affluence d'ions de calcium dans les cellules eucaryotes. (a) une protéine tueuse KLKP produite par un amidon tueur Kluyveromyces lactis qui comprend trois sous-unités qui contiennent, respectivement, les séquences d'acide aminé représentées par SEQ ID NOS:2 à 4. (b) une protéine qui comprend trois sous-unités, tout comme dans la protéine (a) susmentionnée, et qui présente l'activité de la protéine tueuse Kluyveromyces lactis (KLKP), au moins une des trois sous-unités comprenant une séquence d'acide aminé subissant une délétion, une substitution ou une addition d'un ou de plusieurs acides aminés.
