The invention concerns a method for preparing antibodies comprising the following steps: a) transfecting a cell line with a nucleic acid construct comprising a nucleic sequence of interest coding for a polypeptide of interest to be expressed at the surface of the cells of said line; b) preparing antibodies directed against the polypeptide of interest with the cells prepared at step a) or their membranes.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'anticorps comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) la transfection d'une lignée cellulaire par une construction d'acide nucléique comprenant une séquence nucléique d'intérêt codant pour un polypeptide d'intérêt à exprimer à la surface des cellules de ladite lignée, b) la préparation d'anticorps dirigés contre le polypeptide d'intérêt avec les cellules préparées à l'étape (a) ou de leurs membranes.
