The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein X, Y, Z, R1 and R2 have the meanings cited in claim 1, and to the salts and solvates thereof. Said compounds can be used as integrin inhibitors, especially in the prophylaxis and treatment of circulatory diseases, thrombosis, cardiac infarctions, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, in pathological processes that are maintained or propagated by angiogenesis and in tumor therapy.
