Isolated nucleic acid molecules, designated MP nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel MP proteins from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing MP nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention still further provides isolated MP proteins, mutated MP proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for the improvement of production of a desired compound from C. glutamicum based on genetic engineering of MP genes in this organism.
L'invention concerne des molécules d'acide nucléique isolées, appelées molécules d'acide nucléique de MP (voie métabolique), qui codent pour de nouvelles protéines de MP issues de Corynebacterium glutamicum. L'invention concerne également des molécules d'acide nucléique antisens, des vecteurs d'expression recombinés qui contiennent des molécules d'acide nucléique de MP, et des cellules hôtes dans lesquelles ont été introduits ces vecteurs d'expression. L'invention concerne en outre des protéines de MP isolées, des protéines de MP mutées, des protéines de fusion, des peptides antigéniques et des procédés visant à améliorer la production d'un composé voulu, à partir de C. glutamicum, sur la base de la mise au point génétique de gènes de MP dans cet organisme.
