The present invention relates to recombinant attenuated pestivurses, in particular to recombinant attenuated CSFV, BVDV, or BDV, wherein said recombinant attenuated pestivirus does not produce a dimeric E ms glycoprotein. The present invention also relates to immunogenic compositions comprising such a pestivirus as well as to a method of attenuating a pestivirus comprising the step of modifying the E ms glycoprotein by a deletion, insertion or substitution wherein such modification results in a non dimeric E ms glycoprotein.
La présente invention concerne des pestivirus atténués recombinants, notamment le CSFV, BVDV ou BDV atténué recombinant, ledit pestivirus atténué recombinant ne produisant pas de glycoprotéine Ems dimère. La présente invention concerne également des compositions immunogènes qui comprennent un tel pestivirus, ainsi quun procédé datténuation dun pestivirus qui comprend létape de modification de la glycoprotéine Ems par une délétion, une insertion ou une substitution, une telle modification résultant en une glycoprotéine Ems non dimère.
