The description relates to a continuous process for producing liquid, dispersed systems in which a pre-dispersion is sequentially extruded at high pressure of 6.6 to 250 MPa through 1 to 8 filter stages with decreasing pore sizes between 0.01 and 35 µm. There may be up to 20 passages per filtering stage. The description also relates to a device which may be used to implement the process of the invention.
