Oilfield cleaning apparatus (1) is provided for cleaning the inner wall (3) of an oilfield tubular (2). The apparatus (1) comprises a body (4) to be introduced into the tubular (2), the body being provided with annular cleaning elements (8). Furthermore a rotary drive acts to oscillate the cleaning elements (8) in contact with the inner wall (3) of the tubular (2) to scrape debris from the inner wall with the cleaning element. Each cleaning element (8) is mounted on a rotary bearing member (9) which is inclined relative to its axis of rotation so as to cause the cleaning element (8) to be oscillated axially in contact with the inner wall (3) as the bearing member is rotated. Also a catcher tube (14) is provided to catch the heavier debris which is not washed away by the flow of fluid up the borehole. Such apparatus provides an active cleaning action which is particularly effective in removing deposits form the inner wall of the tubular.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de nettoyage pour champs pétrolifères (1) qui permet de nettoyer la paroi interne (3) d'un matériel tubulaire pour champs pétrolifères (2). Cet appareil (1) comprend un corps (4) devant être introduit dans le matériel tubulaire (2) et étant pourvu d'éléments de nettoyage annulaires (8). De plus, une commande rotative permet de faire osciller les éléments de nettoyage (8) afin qu'ils entrent en contact avec la paroi interne (3) du matériel tubulaire (2) et qu'ils enlèvent les débris de la paroi interne. Chaque élément de nettoyage (8) est monté sur un organe de support rotatif (9) qui est incliné par rapport à son axe de rotation, de façon que l'élément de nettoyage (8) oscille axialement pour venir en contact avec la paroi interne (3) lorsque l'organe de support est mis en rotation. Cet appareil comprend également un tube récepteur (14) qui permet de recueillir les débris les plus lourds, qui ne sont pas éliminés par lavage, par le courant de liquide, au-dessus du trou de forage. Un tel appareil permet d'assurer un lavage actif, particulièrement efficace pour éliminer des dépôts de la paroi interne du matériel tubulaire.
