According to the present invention, six die-cut CD-ROM labels are provided on a sheet in a vertical pattern with labels offset from a scored or perforated centerline of the other three. Each set of three is spaced from the outer edges of the sheet and by folding the sheet in half and removing a corner tab an adhesive edge of one of the labels is exposed which can be applied to a disk manually held on a printed outline of the disk on the back of the sheet, obviating the need for use of any applicator centering device, or holder for the disk, and/or label.
L'invention concerne une feuille comportant, dans le sens vertical, six étiquettes de CD-ROM coupées à la forme, situées par trois de part et d'autre d'un faux pli central ou d'une ligne perforée centrale. Chaque jeu de trois étiquettes est situé à distance des bords extérieurs de la feuille. En pliant la feuille en deux et en enlevant un onglet de coin, on découvre un bord adhésif d'une des étiquettes. Ce bord peut être appliqué sur un disque maintenu à la main sur un contour imprimé du disque sur le dos de la feuille, ce qui rend inutile tout dispositif centreur d'application ou tout dispositif de maintien pour le disque ou l'étiquette.
