Description

An optical receiver is presented, which can receive and evaluate an optical signal (S) containing interference caused by polarization mode dispersion (PMD). The optical receiver has a splitting facility (1.1) which splits the routable optical signal (S) into two electrical signal components (S-, S+). The electrical signal components (S-, S+) are processed in an equalizing circuit (1.2). A control facility (1.3) controls the splitting facility (1.1) with the aid of a quality signal (Q) produced by the equalizing circuit (1.2).

Récepteur optique capable de capter et d'évaluer un signal optique (S) contenant du brouillage causé par dispersion en mode de polarisation (PMD). Le récepteur optique est muni d'un séparateur (1.1) qui sépare le signal optique acheminable (S) en deux composantes de signal électrique (S-, S+). Celles-ci sont traitées dans un circuit d'égalisation (1.2). Un dispositif de commande (1.3) commande le séparateur (1.1) à l'aide d'un signal de qualité (Q) produit par le circuit d'égalisation (1.2).
