4-[aryl(8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3yl)]aminobenzoic acid derivatives are delta- opioid receptor modulators. As delta-opioid receptor agonists, such compounds are useful as analgesics. Depending on their antagonist effect, such compounds may also be useful immunosuppressants, antiinflammatory agents, agents for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric conditions, medicaments for drug and alcohol abuse, agents for treating gastritis and diarrhea, cardiovascular agents and agents for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
L'invention concerne des dérivés d'acide aminobenzoïque 4-[aryl(8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-3yl)] qui sont des modulateurs du récepteur opioïde delta. Comme les agonistes du récepteur opioïde delta, ces composés sont utiles en tant qu'analgésiques. Selon leur effet antagoniste, on peut également utiliser ces composés comme immunosuppresseurs, anti-inflammatoires, agents de traitement d'états neurologiques et psychiatriques, médicaments contre la surconsommation de drogues et d'alcool, agents pour traiter des gastrites et diarrhées, agents cardio-vasculaires et agents de traitement de maladies respiratoires.
