Fully automated and computerized manufacturing conveyor based line architecture for the storage, handling and transporting of articles in view of the treatment thereof in a plurality of processing equipments; said manufacturing line being installed in an average cleanliness ambient including pressurized sealable transportable containers of the type consisting of a box-shaped housing provided with an access opening sealed with releasable door means and gas injection valve means enclosing a workpiece therein; conveyor transportation means; gas supply installation means comprising a compressed ultra pure neutral gas supply source and a delivery system; dispatching apparatus means with a gas distribution system comprising storage/gas feeding means for storing the containers basically consisting of a frame supporting a number of support stations or bins each provided with gas injector means connected to said gas supply installation means; handling means for transferring said containers between said bins and said conveyor transportation means; interface apparatus means adapted to receive said containers and transfer the workpiece enclosed therein to a processing equipment comprising container receiving means for receiving/sending a container from/to said conveyor transportation means; a pressurized port zone or loadlock provided with transfer robot means therein, interfacing said container receiving means with said processing equip ment; actuator means for moving said container on said container receiving means; and computer means for overall control of said conveyor transportation means, dispatching apparatus means, gas supply installation means, interface apparatus means and said processing equipments.
Architecture d'exploitation entièrement automatisée utilisant un système de convoyeurs intégrés dans une chaîne de fabrication pour stocker, manutentionner et transporter des articles destinés à une pluralité de traitements effectués par une pluralité de machines; la chaîne de fabrication en question fonctionne dans un environnement de propreté moyenne et fait appel à des contenants de forme parallélépipédique scellés sous pression comportant une ouverture d'accès scellée par une porte refermable, et à un dispositif d'injection de gaz pour l'emballage des pièces faisant l'objet des traitements; des convoyeurs assurent le transport des articles; un système d'injection de gaz sous pression comportant une source d'alimentation en gaz neutre comprimé ultra-pur est associé à un circuit de distribution; un système de répartition est combiné à un circuit distribution de gaz, lequel comporte un système de stockage et d'alimentation et consiste essentiellement en une structure supportant un certain nombre de stations ou de réservoirs avec dispositifs d'injection raccordés au circuit d'alimentation; des dispositifs de manutention assurent le transfert des contenants entre les réservoirs et les convoyeurs; des interfaces sont utilisées pour recevoir les contenants en question, en transférer le contenu vers une machine de traitement conçues pour recevoir les contenants et les remettre en circulation sur le transporteur; une zone d'accès pressurisée ou à limite de charge comportant un robot de transfert sert d'interface entre le dispositif de réception des contenants et les machines de traitement; un actuateur assure le déplacement du contenant dans le dispositif de réception; un système informatisé régit le système de convoyeurs, de répartition, de distribution du gaz, ainsi que le fonctionnement des interfaces et les machines de traitement.
