The invention relates to a method for determining a previous state of stress in the area of a mountain range or soil. Said method comprises the following steps: applying a reference bit for a radial position, excavating a tunnel section, introducing a radially effective support in the area of the reference bit, determining the force acting upon said support and/or determining the dimensions of the support, and determining the previous state of stress using the detected force and/or dimensions of the support. The method for determining parts of a line that is characteristic of a mountain range comprises the following steps: introducing gradually variable, radially effective safety devices, allowing the support introduced to be deformed by geometrical changes, determining the force acting upon said support and determining the course and/or a parameter of the line characteristic of the mountain range on the basis of the detected force and/or the changed dimensions of the support. The values obtained are used in tunneling methods and systems.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer un état antérieur de contrainte dans la zone d'un massif montagneux ou d'un sol, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : appliquer un repère pour une position radiale, dégager une section du tunnel, introduire un étai à action radiale dans la zone du repère, détecter les forces exercées sur l'étai et/ou les dimensions dudit étai et déterminer l'état antérieur de contrainte sur la base de la force et/ou des dimensions détectées. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de déterminer la courbe caractéristique d'un massif montagneux, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : introduire des systèmes de sécurité à action radiale à variation progressive, permettre à l'étai introduit de se déformer sous l'effet des changements géométriques de l'étai introduit, détecter la force s'exerçant alors sur l'étai et déterminer une courbe et/ou un paramètre de la courbe caractéristique du massif montagneux sur la base de la force détectée et/ou de la modification des dimensions de l'étai. Les valeurs obtenues s'utilisent dans des procédés et des systèmes de construction de tunnels.
