The invention relates to a stretcher-leveler (14) which comprises a stationary knife (3) and a knife (4) which is adjustable in the vertical direction and the transverse direction, said knife having a cutting edge (6) with spaced- apart cutting projections (8) in the transverse direction. The stretcher- leveler also comprises a transport device (9) for transporting a flat material (2) in a direction of transport (T) between the knives (3, 4), a cam (18) performing a periodic vertical motion, a transverse adjusting device (17) for adjusting the transverse motion of the adjustable knife (4) in a manner synchronized with the traveling motion. The aim of the invention is to allow the reliable, precise production of expanded gratings even at high numbers of strokes or frequencies while keeping wear low. For this purpose, an eccentric drive (20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36) drives the cam (18), thereby guiding the cam (18) in a circulatory motion which runs in a plane that is determined by the vertical direction and the transverse direction. The invention also relates to a method for producing expanded gratings.
L'invention concerne une machine à métal déployé (14) comportant une lame fixe (3) et une lame (4) réglable dans les directions verticale et transversale, présentant une arête de coupe (6) pourvue de saillies de coupe (8) espacées dans la direction transversale, un dispositif de transport (9) destiné à transporter un élément plat (2) dans une direction de transport (T) entre les lames (3, 4), un coulisseau (18) destiné à décrire un mouvement vertical périodique, et un dispositif de réglage transversal (17) destiné au réglage transversal de la lame réglable (4), synchronisé avec le mouvement de levage. L'invention vise à garantir une fabrication sure et précise de métal déployé, et à maintenir un taux d'usure réduit même dans le cas d'un nombre ou d'une fréquence de levées élevé.
