Compounds of the formula (I) and salts thereof, Image in which R1 is carboxyl, formyl or another acyl radical or a derivative of the last-mentioned 3 groups, R2 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C18-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C2-C8-alkenyl, C2-C8-alkynyl, C1-C18-alkoxy, C2-C8- alkenyloxy, C2-C8-alkynyloxy, C1-C18-alkylthio, C2-C8-alkenylthio, each of the last-mentioned 9 radicals in each case being unsubstituted or substi-tuted, or (C1-C8-alkoxy)carbonyl, and R3 and R4 independently of one another are an aliphatic, araliphatic or heteroaraliphatic radical having 1 to 30 carbon atoms which is unsub-stituted or substituted by one or more functional groups, or an aromatic or heteroaromatic radical which is unsubstituted or substituted, are suitable as safeners for pesticides, preferably herbicides, in crop plants. The compounds can be prepared from alkenes (II) and nitrile oxides (III) by the process of claim 6.

L'invention concerne des composés de la formule (I) et leurs sels, où R<1> désigne carboxy, formyle ou un autre reste acyle ou un dérivé des trois derniers groupes mentionnés, R<2> désigne hydrogène, halogène, alkyle C1-C18, cycloalkyle C3-C8, alkényle C2-C8, alkinyle C2-C8, alcoxy C1-C18, alcoxy C1-C18, alkènyloxy C2-C8, alkinyloxy C2-C8, alkylthio C1-C18, alkénylthio C2-C8, chacun des 9 derniers restes mentionnés étant substitué ou non, ou carbonyle-(alcoxy C1-C8), et R<3> et R<4> désignent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un reste aliphatique, araliphatique ou hétéroaraliphatique ayant entre 1 et 30 atomes de C, qui n'est pas substitué ou qui est substitué avec un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels, ou un reste aromatique ou hétéroaromatique, substitué ou non. Ces composés s'utilisent comme réducteurs de phytotoxicité dans des pesticides, de préférence dans des herbicides pour végétaux cultivés. Les composés s'obtiennent selon le procédé exposé dans la revendication 6, à partir d'alcènes (II) et d'oxydes de nitrile (III).
