The invention relates to an improved method for agrobacterium transformation and regeneration of plants. The inventive method is characterised in that it consists in sequentially preparing, inoculating and co-cultivating explants. The preparation of each subsequent lot of plants is carried out after a time interval for transforming plant cells and forming an induced resistance with respect to abiotic and biotic stresses in a leaf discs, thereby making it possible to reduce a necrosis degree and the number of somaclonal variations of the transgenic plants.
L'invention concerne un procédé de transformation agrobactérienne et de régénération de plantes transgéniques. Le procédé consiste à effectuer, stade après stade, la préparation, l'inoculation et la coculture d'explants. La préparation de chacun d'explants faisant partie de lots suivants se fait après un intervalle temporel nécessaire à la transformation des cellules végétales et à la formation dans les disques des feuilles présentant une résistance induite aux stress biotiques ou abiotiques, ce qui permet de réduire le degré de nécrose et le nombre de déviations somaclonales dans les plantes transgéniques.
